Insurance & Payment

At Inland Orthopaedics of Spokane, we accept:

Your insurance company has many rules for each plan they offer. You are responsible for understanding the rules and conditions of your insurance contract. We urge you to become familiar with your policy and understand what is covered. There is usually a portion, percentage, deductible, or co-pay that the patient is responsible for paying directly to our office at the time of service. If your co-pay is not paid at the time of service, there will be a $10. billing fee charged to you.

Some insurance plans require that you have a formal referral from your primary doctor to be seen by a specialist. It is your responsibility to obtain this referral prior to being seen by our specialists. If you do not have a referral at the time of your visit, you will be financially responsible for any resulting charges.

 

Payment is required at the time of your visit and can be made in several ways. Please bring your insurance card with you at the time of your appointment so we can bill your insurance company for you as a courtesy. Our billing department representatives are happy to discuss payment plan options with you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Government Medical Coupons must be presented at each visit.
